Fantastic customer service—always friendly, helpful and responsive. They are frustrated by having to work around Apple's obsessive control culture—hence weak integration, remote web interface and compatibility problems. Pros: You know if your mail has been opened. Set follow-up. Cons: Slows everything down. Clunky lack of integration. Hard do find notes and follow-ups. Web interface cumbersome....
