Hi, I am Khushbu Sharma from India. I have downloaded the Shopper Bird App on Android. Below is my feedback : Pro's : ⦁ Purpose driven brand ⦁ Registration process was simple and fast ⦁ The display on post is very Creative and Stylish! ⦁ Transparency at its best ⦁ Quality is the essence Con's ⦁ We are not capturing the contact number of the customer. ⦁ No auto reading of OTP. (Auto reading would be - Instead of the customer manually entering the OTP from his/her email, the app reads the OTP from the customer's SMS and updates itself.) This makes the registration process fast and reduces drop outs. ⦁ There is a Chat button on the Post section. However, when clicked, it says "This Feature is Coming Soon". Chat button should be removed until the service is live. ⦁ The app pages are slow, as images takes time to load. We need to make it light for better user experience. ⦁ Commuinity can be built to create meaningful enagement. ⦁ "Try On" Feature can be introduced to help customer in decision making I insist people to use Shopper Bird App and make earth a liveable place for our future generations.
