Long on talk, short on delivery. Ongoing unresolved loan issue. No communication from anyone in authority despite repeated attempts to contact. Customer service only responds with 'someone will get back to you soon'. Have waited almost 5 years for delivery of product. Very slick videos and promotional material but little to nothing of substance delivered.
