I recently received a damaged product, the first time in the year that I have bought things from this company. I emailed them about this product and they were so helpful! They offered a replacement and even an extra. I rave about this to anybody who will listen and even ended up buying a custom bottle at one point. To everybody complaining about the price, this usually lasts me a week on 5, and I try to drink about 66oz of water per day, so maybe you guys should lower the amount of flavor you are using?
