Supabase gives us Postgres, auth, row-level security, and real-time subscriptions in one managed layer - which is exactly what a multi-tenant SaaS needs out of the box. JWT validation with JWKS, Fernet-encrypted OAuth credentials, per-org row-level security - all native. For an early-stage solo founder, that's months of infrastructure I didn't have to build. If we outgrow it, everything underneath is just Postgres - zero lock-in.

Most mature function-calling for complex agent workflows, and flexible enough to tier models by task - fast and cheap, high-capability for critical decisions.
