I’ve been using BackEngine for Slack, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite ways to stay on top of what’s happening with customers.

Instead of constantly jumping between systems, BackEngine brings important customer signals right into Slack. Things like product usage changes, risk signals, and engagement trends show up in real time so you can quickly understand what’s going on and take action.

For Customer Success teams, this is incredibly helpful. It makes it much easier to catch issues early, prioritize the right accounts, and stay proactive without having to go digging through dashboards.
