Our initial order took a little over 2 weeks to arrive, but I was aware of that when I placed the order. My boyfriend and I each got a stainless steel bottles and a variety of sips to try. I currently have blueberry/cranberry on setting 4 and I'm still getting plenty of flavor on my 4th 22 oz. bottle refill. I tried the caramel iced coffee as well on setting 4. I added cream to the water since I normally add creamer to my coffee and it was great. My boyfriend is having orange/tangerine in his 32 oz bottle and on the 3rd refill there's still lots of flavor. It appears this is going to work well for us overall.
