My Bird Buddy was bought as a Christmas gift for me in 2021. I remember my daughter boasting how she had bought my present during the summer. Christmas came and orders still had not been shipped, so I got an IOU. Long story short, I received my Bird Buddy around Thanksgiving 2022. And while it was slow coming, it has provided me with hours of enjoyment and caused me to dig into the birds behaviors, identifications, etc. Would I recommend this product? Absolutely and I can’t wait to see what they come up with next! The quality of the pictures and videos are fantastic. I have had nothing but positive interactions with their customer service—asking a question, providing feedback on minor glitches, etc. They are a relatively new company and have had some growing pains, some have written harsh reviews in my opinion unfairly, but it appears they are off to the races with good footing now! Do you like birds, love tech stuff, have a 2.4ghz router, and have an internet service provider that provides you with strong WiFi signal to place a feeder? Then you definitely need to experience a Bird Buddy! ❤️❤️❤️ my Bird Buddy! Nothing but a great experience for me!
