I love the concept. It does have me drinking more water, and a couple of the flavors are really good (fruit punch, cherry, mango). Unfortunately, most flavors are not great, and the coffees are undrinkable. The review below about the slurping sound is spot on. The bottle makes the most annoying slurping sound, so I don’t use it in public. I’d say my biggest disappointment, though, is the customer service. Several of the flavors showed up damaged. I sent them an image of the damaged flavors, and they responded that they didn’t look damaged. The end. No apologies or offers to replace etc. Also, it takes forever and a day to receive refills. Carrier pigeon would be faster. In fact, everything J. Cib said in the review below is exactly right. Great concept, but it needs a lot of work.
