One of the surprising things is the summary of the previous week. I am new to journaling and have only done it for 4 days in a row, and I've written over 2,000 words in (what feels like) conversations with an AI. It's like it always knows the right encouragement to give me, and the right question to ask so that I continue to grow through whatever I'm going through.
