Pixaloop is cheaper and you can buy pro version only for one month without one year subscription. Also you export 4 second videos even in free version so You can post it on instagram. Im Plotaverse you can export only 2 sec videos and instagram minimum lenght is 3 sec. Pros: It nice effect Cons: Too expensive
