About

Hi, I'm Lucas, aka LukyVj. I'm a designer who codes, and I've spent the last decade living at the intersection of design and front-end, with a soft spot for CSS. I like making small tools that make other people's work more fun: Family.scss (Sass mixins that make :nth-child readable), Colofilter.css (duotone photo filters in pure CSS), and lately GSS, a CSS-like language that compiles 3D scenes into a single GPU shader. I care about the details people feel but rarely notice: a good default, a clear error message, an animation that eases just right. I build in public, open source as often as I can. Always up for a chat about CSS, design tools, shaders, or the weird things the web can do. 🔗 github.com/LukyVj · 𝕏 @LukyVj

GSS - GPU Style Sheets - Write 3D scenes in CSS, compiled to one GPU shader

GSS is a 3D language for people who already speak CSS. Declare shapes in a @scene, style them with selectors, the cascade, custom properties, and @keyframes, and the compiler turns it all into a single raymarching shader (GLSL for WebGL2, WGSL for WebGPU). No Three.js, no meshes, no UVs. Drop a tag on any page, or try it live in the playground. Open source, Apache 2.0.
