The look, idea, and apparent method is what drove me to this scale.
However, the body composition and validity of the measurements are questionable.
Customer service agents, sadly, try to delay and trick you instead of helping you and this scale requires a subscription to have any active value so unfortunately you have to deal with the company.
Just go with a different company and don't waste your time on the stress.
