Absolutely appalling and misleading service. This company sold us a so-called "cruise" that turned out to be only half the journey—then had the audacity to leave us stranded on the opposite side of the river with no return trip included. Total scam. Do not waste your money here. You're far better off buying directly from the main operator for just a few pounds more—and actually getting the full value and proper experience. Avoid this company at all costs.
