Park Avenue House is a solid option if you’re looking for a furnished place without too much hassle. The location is decent, close to some subway lines, which makes commuting to work manageable. The apartment is modern, but there were a few minor annoyances like a leaky faucet and some loud neighbors. Outpost customer service was responsive, though, and fixed the issues pretty quickly. It’s not perfect, but for the price and the ease of moving in, it’s a good deal.
