Super cool update, but I'd like to know if it's possible to remove Medium's header from a publication. Is it? I'm aware that you probably won't allow it, but it doesn't hurt to ask :) By the way, I'd be willing to pay to have it removed. I'd imagine that publishers from all sizes would, too.
