I’ve tried a few food-tracking apps over time, but the one I keep coming back to is MyFitnessPal. It’s easy to use, has a huge food database, and scanning barcodes saves a lot of time. I mainly use it to keep an eye on calories and portion sizes rather than tracking every single nutrient. I’ve also experimented with simpler apps, but this one feels the most reliable and practical for daily use.
