I had a bad experience with this site Xparts.in. I ordered a screen for my Asus Rog 6 after seeing that it was "in stock". And when I ordered they asked for a security deposit, which is around 20% of the total amount, which I was sceptical about at first. So I talked to one of their customer representatives, and he said, you have to pay the amount to confirm my order, and I did it right away. Then, after 2 days, I messaged them seeking an update about my order, and they said that it's still in process and will update you. Then, the next day, I messaged him again, seeking whether my order was confirmed and shipped or not. But what happened was their customer representative just saw my message and didn't even care to reply to me. So I called their customer care number and obviously, they didn't even take my call. So I messaged him AGAIN the next day and ONLY at that time did he reply to me that you could contact our helpline desk and redirected me to your helpline mail id. I was already so frustrated with all this, but still, I said okay and contacted the aforementioned helpline email ID, and they confronted the truth. They don't have that screen with them right now but will try to get it from somewhere else for me within 3 to 4 days. So I said okay and waited for another 4 days and then they replied to me that we don't have that screen and will refund you within 5-7 business days. I was okay with that.  Then I called and mailed them numerous times. I tried everything that I could, but I didn't get the product or the refund. I lost the money and time. So I don't trust this site, and I won't buy from them again.
