I work in real estate and use the CRM software furnished by my company. But, I visited Less Annoying CRM and got a demonstration of their product. It is clearly more robust and easier to use than the one-size-fits-all, cumbersome setup that I work with. I can see why their company won a St. Louis Arch Grant to support their work. Bright, focused people.
