This company is a legitimate scam. They use bots to inflate their scores on sites like Trustpilot.
Even if you cancel the trial subscription they will still charge you. On top of that they will delete your account to make it impossible to cancel their subscription.
Luckily I used PayPal for the purchase and they have been able to get my money back from the 3 false charges they made.
