That’s the worst experience i’ve had with a company. No proficiency at all. Requested a refund and 9 days after i still didn’t get anything, and i think they’re popular for that as i saw a lot of people complaining about the same issue. Contacted them many times about the refund and they always say it’s processed and will appear on my end within 48 hours but nothing shows up of course as expected. The last time i contacted them no one replied until for 2 days i said that i’ll dispute the transaction and will make a complaint at my banking institution and after that of course i got the same useless response i got 3 times and nothing showed up on my bank account.
