Horrible customer service. I cancelled back in November, and had a friend transfer money into my cash app account that I rarely use, found out they didn't cancel my account and they charged me the moment that money hit the account and conviently already shipped the package to the wrong address so now am I out the money because they can't refund me or accept returns.
