I ve always been pulled toward experimentation because nothing in this world works the same way twice. One brand unlocks growth with a tiny UX shift, another needs a full strategy rebuild. There s no universal playbook. You have to understand how people behave inside your system.

That s what I enjoy most: studying real user journeys, seeing where people get stuck, and figuring out why they choose (or don t choose) a product.
