Update: I built the first working version of Project Flow

About a month ago I introduced myself here and shared an idea I was exploring. The problem I kept hearing from people was simple: they open Netflix excited and close it tired after scrolling for 20 30 minutes. So instead of adding more recommendations, I started experimenting with a different idea. I built a small MVP of Project Flow, a calm way to decide what to watch. Right now it asks a few quick questions about mood, energy, and time, then gives one thoughtful pick so you don t have to keep scrolling. The goal isn t to give people more options. It s to remove the pressure of choosing. It s still very early, but seeing the idea actually working has been exciting. I d love feedback from people here: How do you usually decide what to watch? Do you start something new or fall back to comfort shows?

Building a calmer way to choose what to watch

Hey, I m Myeasha. I m building Project Flow a calm decision layer for streaming for people who open Netflix excited and close it tired because choosing feels like work. I m in the validation phase right now, talking to real users before writing code. I care a lot about human behavior, cognitive load, and making tech feel lighter instead of louder. I m here to learn in public, connect with other builders, and share what I m discovering along the way.

Indie hacker focused on problem discovery before building.

Hey, I m Vikki.

I got tired of guessing what to build next, so I started paying closer attention to where real problems show up first.
