Hi PH 👋 I'm Zeki. We're launching HomeVisioner on 7 November

Hey everyone, I m Zeki. I m a developer, and I build HomeVisioner together with my co-founder Ayy ce.

It started with a question people ask all the time when they shop for their home online: how will this actually look in my room? A rug or a print on a white background can t really answer that, and most of us just guess.

So we built a See it in your room button for online stores. The shopper uploads a photo of their room and gets an AI preview of the product in it, made from the photos the store already has. No 3D models, no AR setup.

If you want to try it yourself, there s a live demo store, no sign-up: https://www.homevisioner.com/dem...

Would you upload a photo of your room before buying wall art?

My co-founder and I built HomeVisioner so shoppers can see a store s products in their own room, using a photo they upload.

Here s one example with wall art: the original room, the product photo and the AI result.

Intro + the one design test I run before I judge a new product

Hey everyone. I m Aliya, and I m a graphic designer who spends a lot of time exploring how products present themselves.

I ve spent most of my career looking at products built by people who were great at features but terrible at clarity. They had a landing page for every capability, a screenshot for every integration, and a visual hierarchy that made my eyes hurt. My first move is always the same. Strip away the branding. Look at the plain text. Whatever is left is usually the real thing, and it s usually been there the whole time, buried under a dozen gradients and drop shadows.

The test I care about most isn t the logo or the color palette. It s whether a user can understand what the product does in three seconds without reading a single word of body copy. If they can t, I don t blame the user. That s my problem. Somewhere between what the founder built and what the customer sees, the visual signal got lost. My job is to find it and fix it.

I joined because I want to hear how other makers think about this. Not the polished case studies, the messy version.
