After 20+ years in enterprise SaaS, I’ve seen a frustrating pattern: we build incredibly powerful tools, yet users typically use less than 10% of the features and workflows available. It’s a massive waste of potential and ROI. I teamed up with our great team, who share the same vision. We are building NINA, AI Product Assistant, because we believe software should work for the user.
