
What needs improvement
If an unforeseen situation occurs, support will drag things out and do everything possible to avoid resolving the issue. On March 21, I applied for a US card and paid $10 for its issuance. I made a $20 payment to Claude, after which I was unexpectedly banned from the service and received a refund, as confirmed by Claude's receipts. Five days later, the money hadn’t been returned, so I contacted technical support. They asked me to wait. Ten days passed, and the funds still hadn’t been credited to my account. I wrote to support again, and they told me to wait some more. Now they’ve simply stopped responding. I can’t use the card I paid $10 for, nor can I add funds to it. There are technical issues that they said would be fixed a week ago. That’s the quality of service you get. I wouldn’t recommend it.
