Hi team, I'm a paying Standard/Pro user, and I'm having serious issues with Kling 2.0 in AnimateAI. The video generation process gets stuck at “Generating Narration” and never finishes, no matter what prompt I use. I’ve already tried clearing cookies, using incognito mode, switching browsers, and logging out/in – nothing worked. I also sent an email to support, but haven’t received any response...
