We chose Liveblocks because collaboration is a big part of how tactical work happens. It gave us the right primitives for building real-time, multiplayer-style experiences without having to engineer the whole sync layer ourselves.
We chose OpenAI because it gave us the strongest foundation for AI features that need reliable structured output, not just chat. For FC Tactix, that matters when turning football ideas into usable tactical content inside the product.
We chose Polar because it made billing and subscriptions much simpler to ship. It gave us a cleaner way to handle paid plans without spending too much time building billing infrastructure from scratch.
Honestly, we chose Vercel because we wanted to spend our time building FC Tactix, not managing infrastructure.
Since we’re building on Next.js, Vercel gave us a very smooth workflow: preview deployments, easy rollbacks, and scalable server-side infrastructure without much setup. That made it easier to iterate quickly and keep shipping.
