Improvement is required in different aspects apart from the technical aspect. Pros: Innovative & customisable UI, SDK in most languages and frameworks, nice backend flow, easy integration, embedded UI over host services Cons: From customer's POV, lack of security. Fail to provide proper in-time response. Responses are to close ticket, no relevancy with ticket.
