I've spent 8+ years in the trenches of design and tech agencies, managing 135+ projects, scaling teams, building operations from scratch, and being the person who makes sure things actually ship. These days, I'm tinkering with AI. It's me scratching the itch of building things, not just managing them. Currently exploring how operations and delivery look different when AI is baked into the foundation. My career has been a through-line of taking chaotic, creative environments and giving them structure without killing the energy. I'm most useful where things are messy, moving fast, and need someone who can build systems, manage people, and talk to customers/vendors, all in the same day.
