Although there are multiple workforce management platforms, HourOps provides critical features that can help customer to organize their work, efficiency, employee management and invoices of external contractors.
1. HourOps works based on roles and scopes which is available in basic version as well. Default roles are Admin, Employee and Manager. A company admin can create as many as custom roles and scopes based on employee levels and permissions.
2. In terms of security, the data is segregated based on account, thus eliminating cross account data access (IDOR).
3. Everything feature is closely integrated.
4. Sub account management - A company wants to manage their vendors and contractors on a separate workspace or account, this is possible in HourOps
5. The vendor or contractor accounts can raise invoice to the parent organization based on timesheet.
