Why we weight funnel health 0.25 TOFU, 0.40 MOFU, 0.35 BOFU, the reasoning behind the formula

When we built dolv's funnel health scoring, the obvious first version was equal weights. One-third each.

Equal weights broke immediately. A healthy TOFU was inflating the composite score even when MOFU and BOFU were in poor shape. The number felt fine. The pipeline was not.

We just deployed for 20 BFSI customers, here are the early results

Quick update on the BFSI vertical because the numbers came in better than expected.

Deployed across 7 regional banks and 3 insurance companies in the past quarter. Common pattern: KYC automation, AML monitoring, customer support tier-1.

If an AI agent can build your MVP in a weekend, what's actually the hard part of a startup now?

Building used to be the bottleneck. Now I can get a working app faster than I can write a good landing page copy for it. So the "idea guy with no code skills" excuse is basically gone.

But almost none of my vibe-coded weekend projects have real users, and I don't think that's a coding problem anymore.

For those of you actually getting traction - what's eating your time now that building isn't the bottleneck?
