https://pullbucket.com/ Pullbucket is a browser extension for Chrome and Firefox that notifies you whenever your team members comment, approve, merge and decline pull requests. Initially I developed this so I could merge my PR's after they were approved, but ended up using it everyday to follow my teams' moves. If you use Bitbucket, check it out, any feedback is greatly appreciated! 🙂
