Scammers - I bought two Esims to use in Indonesia and neither were recognised by any network and neither provided internet connection or coverage.
Went in to a normal Indo Mart and bought hard sims that were half the price for twice the data and worked perfectly.
Airalo responded to my complaint with the offer of 'airmoney' i.e. a recognition that their product failed but no real refund, and no response to emails.
Avoid at all costs.
