A kanban board for orchestrating multi-agent tasks is something I've been thinking about actually. Managing parallel agent runs in a linear chat UI gets messy fast, especially when some agents are blocking on others. The CLI-agnostic part is smart, means it's not locked to a specific coding tool.

The DESIGN.md concept is interesting from a design systems perspective. If it can actually import your token names and component conventions and respect them during generation, that solves the biggest problem with every AI design tool I've tried. The outputs always look right but use none of your actual system. Would love to see how consistent it stays across multiple iterations.

If it reduces manual oversight meaningfully, that is where it becomes compelling.

The disease diagnosis feature is what I actually need. I have a tomato plant that's been looking off for weeks and I've gone down so many forum rabbit holes trying to figure out what's wrong without any clear answer. Being able to just snap a photo of the leaf and get something actionable is so much more useful than wading through threads where everyone disagrees.

needed an interactive demo for our landing page and had zero time to figure out something complicated. found arcade, had a demo embedded and live in under 30 mins. the chrome extension makes capturing super smooth and the mp4/gif export covers pretty much everywhere you'd want to share it. genuinely can't belive its free to start
