Hi Folks, This is Prince. I work as a Senior Customer Success Associate (Product management) in a real estate CRM SaaS product. I have some confusion regarding my job role. I’m in the Customer Success team, but my job role is very different from typical customer success. I work like a bridge between the Development team and the Customer Success team. I own the sprint deployment, taking care of new feature deployments and the status of the Jira tickets raised by my team. I also manage product planning meetings where the development team needs approvals or needs to decide the approach for any requirements with the Head of Development and Customer Success teams.
