i joined intch mostly out of curiosity after seeing it on insta, didn’t expect much tbh. but i ended up liking the whole vibe — it doesn’t feel like another boring job board. setup was super quick, and after getting a couple of recs from friends, i started getting actual decent project offers. i like that you don’t have to write endless bios or chase recruiters — people just reply if they’re interested. it’s way less stressful than other platforms. totally worth it for the price.
