To run a multi-tenant platform safely, we needed enterprise-grade sandboxing. Daytona gives us secure, isolated, and stateful Linux environments instantly. If an agent needs to write a Python script, install a package, or run a bash command on behalf of a client, Daytona ensures it happens in a completely secure container without risking our core infrastructure. It let us skip building complex Docker management and focus entirely on the AI orchestration layer.

To skip the "Integration Tax." An AI agency platform is useless if it can't securely connect to a client's actual data (HubSpot, Slack, Gmail, etc.). Instead of spending months building and maintaining 100+ fragile OAuth flows in-house, we plugged in Composio. It handles the secure, end-user authentication inside our white-labeled client portals and instantly provides LLM-ready action schemas for our agents to use. It allowed us to launch with a massive, enterprise-grade integration ecosystem on Day 1, so we could focus 100% on the core value: orchestration, billing, and the agency experience.

We use LiteLLM mainly so we’re not tied to a single model provider. Makes it super easy to switch models or add fallbacks when running AI services for clients.
