The problem: 75% of resumes get auto-rejected by ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) before a human recruiter ever sees them. Most job seekers have no idea this is happening - they just wonder why they never hear back.

I m a product designer and developer who creates thoughtful, high-performance digital products. I bridge design and code to turn complex ideas into clean, functional experiences using systems thinking to build interfaces that not only look refined, but truly solve real problems. Lately, I ve been exploring how to make invisible work, like mental load, more visible and manageable through product design.

Hey everyone! I'm Roy, a full stack developer.
Like most people, I've been through the job search grind in the past
- rewriting my CV for every single role, trying to guess
what keywords each company wanted, spending more than 30 minutes
per application just on the CV alone.
Turns out ATS software ranks every application before
a recruiter sees it. Most only review the top 10-15
candidates. If your CV isn't tailored to that specific
job description, you're buried on page two.
So I built JOBVIAN. It finds matching jobs, scores your
CV against each one, and automatically rewrites it for
that specific role - you get a ready-to-send PDF for
every job, without touching the CV yourself.
Haven't launched on PH yet - planning to soon.

We re teaming up with The Pitch by @Deel, a global startup competition where up to 100 winners will receive $50k in funding and up to 10 winners will receive $1M+.

Every day, after launching, makers are contacted on LinkedIn and X by people offering to sell votes. As the Product Hunt team, we are very much aware of this and really hate it. We have systems in place to neutralize this type of gaming. Every vote counts for a different number of points on Product Hunt. A couple examples:

• An account with a recently created gmail address and no history of quality contributions on Product Hunt: this vote will count for 0 points. Yes, this might be a well intentioned user, but we take a conservative approach to protect the community. If the account has a company email or applies for verification on Product Hunt, that's a different story.

• An account with a company email address linked to a legitimate LinkedIn account with a history of meaningful contributions on Product Hunt: this vote carries significant weight.

A couple questions for the community:

Last week we did something stupid.

We paused all human coding. Gave Claude (Anthropic) access to our GitHub repo. Told it to build new features, fix bugs, and ship.

No human review. No guardrails. Just Claude and our codebase.

For 7 days, it ran the engineering team.

Let me start from the creator s perspective:
I personally don t have a product (apart from hiring people for creative work or offering personal consultations).

But as a creator, I constantly share content, insights, and information, value that helps me build trust (for free). Based on that perceived expertise, people eventually decide to work with me (a paid service).

With the advent of clawdbots, it's as if we've all lost our inhibitions and "put our lives completely in their hands."

I'm all for delegating work, but not giving them too much personal/sensitive stuff to handle.
