While I have been waiting for the set box chargers I ordered, I understand the reasons for the delay. I appreciate both the ongoing video explanations but especially the instant email responses to my queries. Their customer support is excellent. I have faith that they will produce what they promise, so much so that when they offered a new cable charger I immediately ordered. It was as promised- supple, attractive and fast. I expect the chargers to live up to the same promise.
