These Hyphen earbuds suck. They both fell apart, one within a week. When I contacted the company they wanted me to pay for shipping to Europe and would "try to fix" it. They did promise to reimburse the shipping costs after I jumped through more hoops. I have bought 3 cheap earbuds from companies claiming they were good. As much as I hate Apple, I finally bought a pair of earbuds six months...
