
I am just a guy who goes through an insane amount of charging cables, it’s crazy. But this is a game changer I feel all charged up about this company and it’s product line. You can’t beat great transparent people, innovative products and excellent customer support. All strong traits the MagFast company possess. I have had some less than satisfactory experiences with other startups and yes it’s frustrating waiting for a product you want so badly.
Amid the pandemic other companies I backed have folded or basically become unreachable. MagFast had stepped it up providing interactive experiences while production lumbers forward. They have been transparent with us with all the good parts, and the not-so-good parts as well all the way through. I like that. It shows a strong business model as well as a slew of well thought out and creative products. I was impatient at times, who wouldn’t be waiting for something that will make my life a lot easier. They have been easy to reach through email. I enjoy immensely the skillful progression of Simon and Kate on camera. I remember the first video they aired compared to the last ones they produced. Good to see they are still the same people for the years they have come into our living room. Wait! can I say that still? With modern tech nowadays they can be any place you want them to be to view the funny and informative videos. I feel like I know them up close and personal. I have confidence in this company and that’s rare for me as I am a skeptic til proven differently, by actions and not by words alone. When the products arrive at my door I am confident they will be as advertised, actually better than advertised based on all we know about the products. I can’t wait to be a loyal customer for years and years to come. I look forward to growing along side MagFast as they will change the industry standard on all things charging. Who knows with a team like Simon has who knows what’s next for them. I do know that I’ll be a fan for life.
