I ran across BMC as I was looking for apps/products for developers, it wasn't exactly what I was looking for but it grabbed my attention when I saw it. It is a nice (and super simple) way for artists/makers to get the support from anyone. Pros: Easy to setup, simple idea and design Cons: None so far
