About

Riven Deploy lets you deploy web apps, APIs and databases straight from GitHub. Pick a repo, Riven detects your framework and gives you a live URL. Every push redeploys. Apps run in Mumbai and you pay in INR with UPI or cards.

Indian devs, where do you host your apps and what annoys you most?

I'm a dev from Mumbai and I've been building a deploy platform for the last few months.

The thing that pushed me was simple. Almost every hosting platform I liked was in the US, billed in dollars, and my card got declined a few times because of forex issues. My users were in India but the app was sitting in Virginia.

So I built Riven. You push to GitHub, it goes live. Everything runs in Mumbai and you pay in rupees with UPI. It also has managed Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB and Valkey, and an MCP server so you can deploy from Claude or ChatGPT.

I'm launching it here on Product Hunt tomorrow.

Building a hosting platform for indian devs, would love feedback before launch

hey, I'm Aksh, solo dev from India.

I've been building Riven Deploy for the last few months. you connect a GitHub repo, it detects the framework, builds it and gives you a live URL. every push redeploys. apps run in Mumbai and billing is in INR with UPI.

the reason: most hosting platforms charge in USD, need a card that works internationally, and run far from India. a lot of devs here get stuck at the payment step itself.

it's live and has some paying users, but I haven't launched on PH yet. before I do, I want honest feedback:
