I run a small nonprofit and rely on technology to help us punch above our weight. Over the past year, Fathom has become a crucial tool. It lets me completely focus on the conversation rather than taking notes or having an assistant join the call. It's good enough that when I'm away from zoom, I've started just recording meetings and feeding it to Fathom for its note taking and strong ability to catch all of the next steps. Good stuff.
