As a user, experience is horrible. After a booking is confirmed, it is ridiculously difficult to log in and find the address of the pool location. This is a design issue. Customer service is a zero- no responses ever from customer service when there is a problem. As others have said- the initial idea of this concept is great but it’s not been well-executed.

Inadequate disincentives for HOSTS to CANCEL existing reservations when a request for a more profitable booking comes through or host just changes their mind. Currently host can cancel a booking almost with impunity. The dollar amount they are fined is not high enough to force hosts to honor bookings. And once customers lose faith their reservation will honored, swimply is toast.
