I worked at Monster and CareerBuilder (product), and networking app/features were always a hot topic. Couple of initial thoughts: the screens and design feel like a well-built and mature app. Maybe not request the phone number right away. We here (on this thread/community) might be comfortable with it because we know what's going on, but typical user would rather first start with a non-phone...
