I really like it for running fast, teleporting and generally moving w/o having to use a hand controller. Having hands free is awesome for picking and shooting stuff, etc. Pros: It's great to sit which helps with the vertigo ones gets from some VR experiences Cons: I have not seen any competitor yet...
