The background remover tool is great when it works, but I paid for a one-month service, and some days it doesn't work at all! I have written about six times, and they have not answered any of my emails. Customer service is inexistent!! I feel cheated and frustrated that I can't use something I paid for and even more so when I need it for my work. I would like to think that they are a small team of people and can't keep up with so many complaints, but they could at least let us know. The total lack of response seems disrespectful to me.
